This Module is designed to assist in the Orientation of new employees. When new employees are added to the team, it is too easy to just let them find their own way, to learn new aspects of the position as they happen to come up. Unfortunately, some responsibilities are often overlooked until they become “crisis situations”, at which time, service and efficiency suffer. You will notice that basic items which apply to all new employees are already listed on the forms; items such as facility tour, introductions to fellow employees and reading and accepting the Personnel Policy.
We believe that once you’ve used Orientation Checklists for several new employees, it will readily become an indispensable part of your overall Performance Planning program.
